I, Derek Forsyth, Chartered Accountant, of Campbell Dallas LLP, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Glasgow G51 4BP, hereby give notice that David K Hunter and I were appointed Joint Receivers of the whole property and assets of John McCormick & Company Limited in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 30 September 2011.

In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, preferential Creditors are required to lodge their formal claims with me within six months of this date.
