NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13 (AMENDED)

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Glasgow City Council by Kier Partnership Homes relating to the planning application detailed below. Possible decisions relating to the planning application are:- (i) grant planning permission without conditions; (ii) grant planning permission with conditions; (iii) refuse permission.

A copy of the environmental statement, the associated planning application and other documents submitted with the application may be inspected at the above address and times and also at GVA Grimley LLP, 206 St Vincent Street, GLASGOW, G2 5NW, during a period of 28 days beginning with 21 October 2011.
