NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

Proposed development at Braeside of Lindores Farm, Cupar. Planning reference: 11/01806/EIA. Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Fife Council by Ecodyn Ltd relating to the planning application for the erection of 3 wind turbines (100m to blade tip) and sub-station, control building and associated works.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be viewed online at www.fifedirect.org.uk/planning or inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at Development Services, Forth House, Abbotshall Road, Kirkcaldy KY1 1RU.

Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from Atmos Consulting Ltd, Tower Mains Studios, 18G Liberton Brae, Edinburgh EH16 6AE at a cost of £200 in paper format or £5 for CD format. The non-technical summary is available free of charge, separately on request.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Fife Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to the council at Fife Council, Development Services, PO Box 1, Forth House, Kirkcaldy KY1 1RU.
