SF 2046 LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 29 November 2011 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Bank of Scotland plc, The Mound, Edinburgh EH1 1YZ seeking inter alia the making of an administration order in respect of SF 2046 Limited having its registered office at 24 Great King Street, Edinburgh EH3 6QN and to appoint Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar, both of KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ to be the Administrators of SF 2046 Limited in which Petition the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 29 November 2011 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto within seven days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar to be the Interim Managers of SF 2046 Limited, with the powers set out in paragraphs 59(1), 61, 62 and 63 of Schedule B1 and those set out in Schedule 1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
