DIRECT SHAREDEAL LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2011, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Gordon Climson Perry, 2609 London Road, Glasgow G32 8XX, seeking inter alia the making of an administration order in respect of Direct Sharedeal Limited having its registered office at 4 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 4RW, and to appoint Paul Howard Finn and Michael Field, both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR, to be joint administrators of Direct Sharedeal Limited, in which Petition the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 21 December 2011 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto within fourteen days after intimation, advertisement or service; and meantime appointed the said Paul Howard Finn and Michael Field to be the joint interim managers of Direct Sharedeal Limited, with the powers set out in section 14 and Schedule 1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
