Notice is hereby given that on 16 December 2011 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Clydesdale Bank plc, 30 St Vincent Place, Glasgow G1 2HL craving the Court inter alia to make an administration order in respect of Medical & Professional Financial Management Limited, having registered number SC167821 and having their registered office at 17 Wellside Place, Falkirk FK1 5RL, in terms of section 8 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Derek Murray Law Forsyth and David Kelso Hunter of Campbell Dallas LLP, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Glasgow G51 4BA as joint administrators; in which Petition, the Court of Session by Interlocutor, dated 16 December 2011, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within 21 days after intimation or service; and meantime appointed the said Derek Forsyth and David Hunter to be Joint Interim Managers of the said Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 59 to 63 inclusive of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which Notice is hereby given.
