Notice is hereby given that on 28 December 2011 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Gerard Thomas Brady, Leslie Macdonald Brown, Ian Scott McMillan Gray, Neil Donald Moir, Ronald Malcolm Morrison, Ryan John Stewart and Alan Henderson Thomson, the directors of Barr Brady Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC262573) and having its registered office at 5 Cameron Court, Cameron Street, Hillington Park, Glasgow G52 4JH (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court; and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that a Provisional Liquidator be appointed in the meantime. In which Petition Lady Smith, by Interlocutor dated 29 December 2011, appointed the Petition to be intimated, served and advertised as craved; allowed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime, until the prayer of the Petition for a winding-up order has been granted or refused, nominated and appointed Derek Murray Law Forsyth, Chartered Accountant of Campbell Dallas, 1 Kings Inch Road, Glasgow G51 4BP to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
