Notice is hereby given that on 20 January 2012 a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by Ian Thomas Hope, Greenmeadow Cottage, Bridgecastle, by Bathgate EH48 3DN seeking inter alia the making of an Administration Order in respect of UDL Demolition & Plant Hire Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 13B Hopetoun Lane, Bathgate, West Lothian EH48 1PP and to appoint Maureen Elizabeth Leslie and Antonia Susan McIntyre, Unit 1A, 3 Michaelson Square, Livingston EH54 7DP to be the Joint Administrators of UDL Demolition & Plant Hire Limited, in which Petition the Court by Interlocutor dated 20 January 2012, ordered intimation and service of the Petition and ordained any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 21 days after intimation, service and advertisement; and meantime made an Interim Administration Order appointing said Maureen Elizabeth Leslie and Antonia Susan McIntyre as Joint Administrators with the powers specified in Schedule 1 to the Insolvency Act 1986; of all which notice is hereby given.
