NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

EILDON TWEED VALLEY HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has pursuant to the above-mentioned section this day cancelled the Eildon Tweed Valley Housing Association Limited (Register No 2307RS) the registered office of which is at The Weaving Shed Ettrick Mill, Dunsdale Road, Selkirk TD7 5EB, at its request.

The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered Society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
