The Queen having been pleased to approve that, Colin Scott Warden OBE DL, be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of the Stewartry of Kirkcudbright to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 12 February 2012 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
