Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 10 September 2008 (the “ Effective Date ”) Lovanio Management Corp of Avenida Samuel Lewis Y Calle 56, Edificio Tila, Officina 3, Panama, Republic of Panama transferred its interest in Arner Private Equity Limited Partnership (the “ Partnership ”) together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom (the “ Transferred Interest ”) to Fleuret Inv. & Finance Inc of c/o Trident Chambers, PO Box 146, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and that with effect from the Effective Date Fleuret Inv. & Finance Inc assumed all the rights and obligations in the Transferred Interest and became a partner in the Partnership.
