The Queen having been pleased to approve that Donald Martin DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of the Western Isles to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 1 March 2013 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
