Notice is hereby given that on 15 March 2013 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by AiB Group (UK) Plc, having its registered office at PO Box 4, Queens Square, Belfast BT1 3DJ, craving the court inter alia that an administration award be made in respect of Langhouse Developments Ltd, having its registered office at Third Floor, Kensington House, 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G2 3EX (“the Company”) and to appoint Gerard Patrick Crampsey, Stirling Toner, Kensington House, 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G2 3EX, as Administrator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 22 March 2013 appointed all persons having interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
