A meeting of the creditors of A J Clark (Holdings) Limited is to be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 141 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7EQ at 2.30 pm on 5 June 2013 under the provisions of Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the report of the Receivers and, if the creditors wish to do so, to appoint a committee of creditors.
