NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Conduct Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below:

29 May 2013

Lothian Lamb Limited (Register No. 2122 RS ) the registered office of which is at c/o Mluri Home Farm, Hartwood Road, Hartwood SHOTTS Lanarkshire ML7 4JY . The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 39 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 by not submitting to the Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submitted for the society’s financial year ending?1 August 2003.

Tullibody Working Men’s Club Limited (Register No. 1317 RS ) the registered office of which is at Baingle Brae, Tullibody ALLOA Clackmannanshire FK10 2SG . The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 39 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 by not submitting to the Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submitted for the society’s financial year ending 31 December 2005.

Greenock Industrial Building Society Limited (Register No. 306 RS ) the registered office of which is at 18 Nicolson Street, GREENOCK Renfrewshire PA15 1JU . The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 39 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 by not submitting to the Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submitted for the society’s financial year ending 31 December 2006.

Each society listed above ceases to be entitled to the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
