Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 4.10(1) and 4.13(1) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above company will be held within the offices of Carrington Dean, 135 Buchanan Street, Glasgow G1 2JA on Friday 9 August 2013 at 11.00 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the year ended 2013.

Creditors are entitled to attend in person or alternatively by proxy. A creditor may vote only if his claim has been submitted to me and that claim ahs been accepted in whole or in part. A Resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy vote in favour. Proxies and claims must be lodged with me at or before the meeting.
