A Petition was, on 3 July 2013 presented to Dundee Sheriff Court by Mark Harris, residing at Milnefield House, Invergowrie DD2 5EK craving the Court inter alia to order the recall of the award of Sequestration of the said Mark Harris’ estate originally made on 21 May 2013 at Dundee Sheriff Court. Any Party claiming an interest should lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee within 14 days of this Notice.
