Notice is hereby given that on 19 June 2013, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Abid Ibrahim, residing at 169 Mayfield Road, Edinburgh EH9 3AZ for recall of sequestration, in which Petition for recall of sequestration Sheriff Holligan by Interlocutor dated 20 June 2013 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within 14 days after intimation, service and advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
