Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2013, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Heng Yi Lin residing at 86 Corstorphine Road, Edinburgh EH12 6JQ for recall of his sequestration (Court Ref: B1153/13). By interlocutor dated 10 July 2013 the Sheriff at Edinburgh appointed all persons claiming an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LB, if so advised, within 14 days after intimation, service and advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
