I, Derek Forsyth, Chartered Accountant of Campbell Dallas LLP, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF hereby give notice that David K Hunter and I were appointed Joint Receivers of the whole property and assets of Automatic Retailing (Holdings) Limited in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 7 August 2013. In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, preferential creditors are required to lodge their formal claims with me within six months of this date.
