I, Stewart MacDonald, Chartered Accountant of Scott-Moncrieff, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL hereby give notice that I was appointed Receiver of the whole property and assets of the Company in terms of Section 51 of The Insolvency Act 1986 on 5 September 2013 and having its registered office at 3 Dava Street, Glasgow G51 2JA. In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, preferential Creditors are required to lodge their formal claims with me within six months of this date.
