Notice is hereby given that on 30 September 2013 an application was presented at Alloa Sheriff Court, 47 Drysdale Street, Alloa FK10 1JA by Aurangzeb Alamgir, residing at 6 West End Gardens, Alloa FK10 1LN, for the recall of his Sequestration and in which recall of sequestration application the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 1 November 2013 (01-11-2013) appointed persons claiming an interest to lodge answers within fourteen days after such intimation, service and advertisement, all of which Notice is hereby given.
