A Petition has been presented to the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central & Fife at Falkirk on 3 October 2013 by Yuen Kwan Chan, residing at 9 Burns Avenue, Larbert FK5 4FB, asking the Court to recall an Order for Sequestration of Patricia Chan, residing at 9 Burns Avenue, Larbert FK5 4FB. By Interlocutor dated 3 October 2013, the Sheriff appointed the Petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form and to be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette Newspaper and granted Warrant for service of the Petition as craved, together with a copy of the said Interlocutor upon the parties named and designated therein and allowed them and any other party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within 14 days after such intimation, service and advertisement.
