A Petition has been presented to the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk on 1 November 2013 by Christopher Aitken, residing at 7 Lyoncross, Dennyloanhead, FK4 1UG asking the court to recall an order for Sequestration of Christopher Aitken, residing at 7 Lyoncross, Dennyloanhead, FK4 1UG. By Interlocutor dated 1 November 2013 the Sheriff appointed a Petition to be intimated to all relevant parties and to be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette Newspaper and granted warrant for service of the Petition as craved together with a copy of the said Interlocutor upon the parties named and designated therein and allowed them and any other party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within fourteen days after such intimation, service and advertisement.
