Notice is hereby given that on 03/12/2013 an application was presented to Hamilton Sheriff court under reference 2013/3177 in terms of section 16 of the bankruptcy (Scotland) 1985 act by Raymond Mackie residing at 34 Liath Avenue, Motherwell, ML12QU to recall an award of sequestration granted by the Sheriff at Hamilton on 6/01/14; in which application the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 03/12/13 appointed notice of the application to then be published in the Edinburgh gazette and appointed any other party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, with the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, Birnie House, Caird Park, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Street, Hamilton, ML3 OAL within 14 days after such intimidation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is herby given.
