Notice is hereby given that on 30 December 2013 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee by Greig Thomson, residing at Coach House, 474 Perth Road, Dundee DD2 1LL craving the Court, inter alia, to recall the award of sequestration dated 21 October 2013 against the Petitioner at the instance of Dundee City Council, in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor dated 30 December 2013 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dundee within 14 days after intimation, advertisement or service all of which notice is hereby given.
