This notice is hereby given that on 12 February 2014 an Application was presented to Dumbarton Sheriff Court by Lesley Smith residing formerly at 51 Douglas Park Crescent, Bearsden G61 3DP and now at Top Floor Flat, 14 Loudon Terrace, Glasgow G12 9EQ craving the court inter alia to recall the sequestration awarded on 29 March 2012; in which Application the Sheriff at Dumbarton by Interlocutor dated 12 February 2014 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within 14 days after intimation, service, advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
