“Perth             28 February 2014             Sheriff Foulis The Sheriff, having seen and considered the Petition lodging by the Debtor (no. 5 of process); Grants warrant for service of the Petition as craved, together with a copy of this Interlocutor upon the parties named and designed in the Petition; Appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette stating that a petition has been presented under Section 16 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 as amended; Allows them and any other party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within fourteen days after such intimation, advertisement and service.
