Take notice that on 13 February 2014 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Mr Anthony Selwyn Tabatznik, 75 Sherringham, Queensmead, St-Johns Wood Park, London NW8 6RE for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”) to make an administration order in respect of Parkhouse Manor Care Home Limited having its registered office at c/o Parkhouse Manor Nursing Home, 557 Parkhouse Road, Barrhead, Glasgow G78 1TE (“the company”) and to appoint administrators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 25 March 2014 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glagow G5 9DA; appointed James Bernard Stephen and Bryan Alan Jackson, BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow G2 8JX to be interim administrators of the company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs I, II and III of Schedule 4 of the Act, which notice is hereby given.
