Notice is hereby given, pursuant to rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a First Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 12th February 1998, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, S. Rishi, of S. Rishi & Co., 314 Regents Park Road, Finchley, London N3 2JX, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend, or any other Dividend declared before this debt is proved.
