Notice is hereby given that on 26th December 1997, the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, made the above Orders, the general effect of which is as follows:   (i) convert an existing Meter Parking Bay in Cadogan Lane and an existing Resident Parking Space in De Vere Gardens to Diplomatic Parking;   (ii) introduce “At Any Time Waiting restrictions” in various lengths of Alexander Place, Hans Street, Kensal Road, Golborne Road, Fulham Road, Westbourne Park Road and St. Luke’s Street;   (iii) introduce “At Any Time Waiting and Loading restrictions” in various lengths of Kings Road and Beaufort Street;   (iv) convert an existing Meter Parking Bay in Emperor’s Gate to a Solo Motorcycle Bay;   (v) convert 3 existing Meter Parking Bays to Resident Parking Bays in Vicarage Gardens;   (vi) rearrange the existing parking layout in Pavilion Street with an overall loss of 2 parking metres;   (vii) convert an existing Diplomatic Bay in Hans Place to a Resident Parking Bay;   (viii) rearrange the parking layout in Harrington Road with no loss to existing parking capacity;   (ix) remove an existing Resident Parking Bay in Pembridge Villas to provide access for a school;   (x) introduce additional Resident Parking Bays by converting existing single yellow line in Hyde Park Gate, Apollo Place and Munro Terrace;   (xi) convert an existing Police Parking Bay to “At Any Time Waiting Restrictions” in Pembroke Mews;   (xii) move the boundary of the existing 6.30 p.m. time zone in Hornton Street, northwards to the junction of Campden Hill Road and the southern kerb-line of Gloucester Walk.   Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation for the purposes of placing traffic signs on 5th January 1998, and for all other purposes on 19th January 1998, and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in The Parking Policy Office, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX.   Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
