Public Notice affecting School Road, Monkton Heathfield

Notice is hereby given that Taunton Deane Borough Council proposes to make an Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting between 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday on the following length of road:    School Road, Monkton Heathfield, on both sides from its junction with Milton Hill eastwards for a distance of 120 metres.   Full details of the proposal are in the draft Order which, together with the map showing the location of the road and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at The Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, during normal office hours.   If you wish to object to the proposed Order, or make representations in support of the proposal, you should send your grounds, in writing, to reach the undersigned by 30th January 1998.
