At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, on 22nd December 1997, the subjoined Special Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that J.
