Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Philip Jolyon Huxtable and Mark Lloyd Lawrence Firmin carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name of PITTS TUCKERS ANNEAR FIRMIN & CO. has been dissolved as from 19th December 1997, so far as concerns Mark Lloyd Lawrence Firmin who retires as a partner from the said firm but will remain with the firm as a consultant. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Philip Jolyon Huxtable, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of Pitts Tuckers Annear Firmin & Co.
