Notice of Assignments of interests in a Limited Liability Partnership pursuant to section 9 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907

Notice is hereby given that on 29th December 1997, Australian Mutual Provident Society (SF1), Australian Mutual Provident Society (SF2) and Australian Mutual Provident Society (SF3) assigned their respective interests in 3i Europe Investment Partners No. 2, a Limited Partnership registered under the Limited Partnership Act 1907, registered number LP 4490 to AMP Investment Services Pty Limited, as trustee for The AMP International Unlisted Investment Fund, thereby ceasing to be Limited Partners in that Limited Partnership.
