Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, on Friday, 30th January 1998, at 11 a.m., to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Resolutions:   “That the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up be approved, and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.”   A Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
