Notice is hereby given that the Company on 24th December 1997, has approved a Resolution under section 173 of the Companies Act 1985, for the payment of £94,266.75 out of capital for the purpose of acquiring 59,250 of its own shares by purchase. The statutory declaration of the Directors and the Auditors report are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company and any Creditor of the Company may at any time within 5 weeks from the date of the Resolution, apply to the Court under section 176 of an Order prohibiting the payment.
