Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Leonard Harris & Partners, 5th Floor, 75 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3HR, on Wednesday, 21st January 1998, at 3 p.m. to be followed at 3.15 p.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator, Leonard Harris, of Leonard Harris & Partners, 5th Floor, 75 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3HR, by not later than 12 noon on the next business day before the date appointed for the Final Meetings as stated above.
