At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Coton, Morda Road, Owestry, Shropshire, on 15th December 1997, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Anthony John Richards, of Alan Turner & Co., 30 Severn Street, Welshpool, Powys SY21 7AD, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” P.
