Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Elwell Watchorn & Boot, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. on 30th January 1998. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him.
