Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens Booth White, 1-2 Little King Street, Bristol BS1 4HW, on 11th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, to be followed by the Annual and Final Meetings of Creditors at 10.45 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for receiving an account of the Liquidators acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up.
