Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Jeffreys Henry, of Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE, on Friday, 30th January 1998, at 11.30 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Jeffreys Henry, Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE, not later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting. M. S.
