Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Jeffreys Henry, of Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE, on Thursday, 29th January 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A person entitled to vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Jeffreys Henry, Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE, not later than 12 noon on the day before the Meetings. M. S.
