Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, London NW1 2EP, on Tuesday, 10th February 1998, with the first Members Meeting starting at 10 a.m., the first Creditors Meeting starting at 10.10 a.m., and the subsequent Meetings at 10 minute intervals thereafter, for the purpose of having accounts laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the individual Company has been conducted and the property of that Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at one or more of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
