Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Cork Gully, Temple Court, 35 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6JT, on 23rd January 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of.
