The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 14398 of The London Gazette dated 23.12.97

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Norman Cowan & Associates, 96 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5SN, on 27th January 1998, at 10.45 a.m., to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company at 11 a.m., for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on how the winding-up has been conducted, and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
