Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Rushdale Builders Limited (No. 02025713) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 on the dissolution of the Company, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the land on the south side of Belmont Road, Wollescote, Stoubridge, Dudley, West Midlands, as the same is registered at the Coventry District Land Registry with the Title Absolute under Title Number WM434583, the vesting of the land having come to his notice on 18th December 1996.
