Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 8(6)(a) of Schedule 2C to the above Act, that the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has approved a transfer of certain general business from the UK Branch of Seaboard Surety Company to St. Paul International Insurance Company Limited.
