In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Lambrock Properties Limited (No. 01972676) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 on the dissolution of the Company hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises situated at Chalford Park, Southcombe, near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire (being Sycamore House, Elm House, Ash House (unbuilt), and adjoining parkland and access) the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 13th August 1997.
