At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company and the Trustees of the School, duly convened, and held at St. Thomas More School, East Allington, Devon, on 18th December 1997, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jeremiah Anthony O’Sullivan be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
